CAFE SERVERS

Rockingham Roasters is seeking part-time servers for its cafe and coffee roasting facility in the center of the downtown Square in Bellows Falls, Vermont. Pay is $15/hour + tips (hourly pay averages $21.00/hour).

Applicants must:

  1. Have a demonstrated work ethic

  2. Be reliable

  3. Be high energy and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  4. Be excited to learn

  5. Be able and willing to follow instructions and protocols

  6. Communicate professionally

  7. Be kind and gracious people (no one likes a coffee snob!)

Experience in the coffee or restaurant world is a plus, but is not necessary. Far more important are the personal qualities and abilities listed above. We are happy to train the right people.
